What is Yog​a Therapy?

Yoga therapy is the sp​ecific application of yogic tools - postures/exercises, breath work, meditation techniques, and more - to address an individual's physical, mental and emotional needs.


Yoga therapy aims to help individuals facing health challenges to manage their condition, reduce symptoms, restore balance, increase vitality and improve overall wellbeing.


Yoga therapy is done in a small setting, working one on one.

Yoga therapy has a holistic approach - physically, mentally, and emotionally.

Yoga therapy is adapted to the individual - everyone is unique.

In Yoga therapy we work with the individual, not with the dis-ease.


Yoga therapy is an emerging complementary field that supports conventional medicine.

Yoga therapy offers an inclusive, accessible, practical and compassionate framework.


What can you expect?

We will start with an intake, an interview during which you can tell me what you need and tell me about your medical history. The second session we will start moving, so that I can see if and where there are issues in your body. Based on the information that I have collected, I will make a treatment plan for you specifically. 


Depending on your wishes and needs, we will work together on your health and wellbeing for at least 3 sessions. Yoga Therapy is a process and life long habits will not change in a short period of time. But my aim is that you will feel good after each session, physically and mentally.


Yoga therapy is for everyone - you don't need to have any experience with yoga.


What does it cost?


All sessions are 90 minutes.

A session costs 77,50 euro.
