What can you expect?
If you like, we can make an appointment for a phone call, for a short introduction. In preparation for the yoga therapy, I will send you a health questionnaire by email. The first meeting you can tell me what you need and I will ask you some questions. We will also do a few postures and movements, to see what practices will be appropriate for you. Based on the information that I have collected, I will make a treatment plan for you specifically.
Depending on your wishes and needs, we will work together on your health and wellbeing for at least 3 sessions. Yoga Therapy is a process and life long habits will not change in a short period of time. But my aim is that you will feel good after each session, physically and mentally.
Yoga therapy is for everyone - you don't need to have any experience with yoga.
What does it cost?
A 60 minute session costs 57,50 euro
A 90 minute session costs 77,50 euro
